Ingredients:
400g primo sale cheese
20 cherry tomatoes
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Oregano
Salt
Directions:
Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them in half.
Heat a few tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil in a large non-stick pan.
Add the cherry tomatoes and sauté them for a few minutes, sprinkling them with a little oregano and seasoning with salt.
Cut the primo sale cheese into slices and add the slices to the pan, letting them cook for a couple of minutes on each side.
