The Apéro a Paris Rouge is a red blend composed of Grenache, Cinsault, Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz, without aging in wood. Fluid and pleasant to drink, it shows ripe red and black fruits at the right point, accompanied by floral notes, herbs and sweet spices, which are confirmed on the palate. Fresh and easy to please, it has a medium body, good acidity and tense, velvety tannins and a juicy finish, with earthy and plummy touches.
