The no age statement single malt has been matured in both bourbon barrels and casks which have previously housed French white wine, giving lots of green fruit and spicy notes. It has floral peony, underripe pear, vanilla oak and candied orange, with sawdust aromas and lots of aromatic baking spice.Its pallete consists of tinned plums in syrup, more pear, tart underripe berries and a burst of grape, with citrus peel and cardamom and finishes with Spicy oak, fresh hay and green leafy notes.
