Our Wagyu cross Boran Beef is lovingly reared on Ol Donyo Farm on the northern slopes of Mt Kenya. We use the native Boran cattle to mix with the best beef animal in the world, the ‘Wagyu’ from Japan, to bring you some of the best Beef in Kenya. The cattle are grass fed and finished off on grain & herds are kept small to ensure the finished quality of each animal with the result being beef that is full of flavor, tender marbling and a firmer texture. Producing quality beef takes time, care and constant learning which we aim to continue into the future.
We recommend it seasoned with sea salt and cracked pepper served with one of our excellent sauces.
BBQ, Pan sear or Grill.
Keep Frozen and use within the use by date. To defrost place in a refrigerator between 0-5°C for 48-72 hours to thaw completely. Use on the same day it is thawed. Do not refreeze raw meat.
