The sirloin is the most popular steak cut that comes from the back of the animal behind its ribs but ahead of the rump. Its sees little movement and isn’t weight bearing making it well marbled, bold, beefy and tender. The sirloin can house some of the most dense and delicate veins of marbling exaggerating the already prevalent bold and beefy flavors, and makes it one of the best cuts of Wagyu beef.
We recommend it seasoned with sea salt and cracked pepper served with one of our excellent sauces.

Keep refrigerated 0-5°C. Consume within the use by date. Once pack is opened use on the same day.
Suitable for freezing on day of purchase. Use within one month. Defrost fully before use. Do not re-freeze once defrosted.
