Our Return Policy is valid for 7 days from the date of purchase of your product.
To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused and in the same condition you received it from the Artcaffé Market.
The product must be in its original packaging, in a sellable condition and accompanied by its applicable consumables & accessories.
The delivery note or payment receipt relevant to the product purchase must accompany the product under return consideration.
Products should be returned to the specific outlet of purchase for an exchange or refund consideration.
After Management’s review of the product and following an approval of the product return, a product replacement OR credit note OR refund will be granted within the 7 days of the return validity period.
Due to food safety regulations, all perishable products are excluded from return once payment by the customer has been received. This includes Bakery, Dairy, Meat, Deli, Vegetables, Fruit, Flowers.
All Artcaffé Market products are freshly made and contain no additives or preservatives. This means they have a shorter life on the shelf, but are better for your health. They should be stored correctly, as outlined on the label, and used within the products expiry date.
The Artcaffé Market will not be held responsible for how the product is handled and stored after purchase.
Following approval for a refund on a returned product, the refund will be processed to the customer via the original method of payment (Card, Cash, Mpesa).
Therefore:
Payments by credit or debit card, the refund will be processed via the same method to the specific card.
Payments in cash, refund will be in cash.
Payments via Mpesa, refund will be via Mpesa.
