For website orders, you can only pick up at Rhapta Square or Village Market. We’re actively working to add pickup at all branches soon. 

You can pick up during the hours below:

  • Rhapta Square: 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM
  • Village Market: 7:00 AM to 8:30 PM

We deliver to your doorstep in under an hour after you place your order. If you order after 11:00 PM, we’ll deliver or have it ready for pickup the next day.

We deliver across Nairobi and nearby areas, including Kiserian, Kikuyu, Ngong, Ruiru, and Kitengela.

Yes, free shipping is available for order amount KES 6,000 and above

Yes, you can easily schedule delivery or pickup up to 5 days in advance at checkout. Simply choose the date and time that suits you.

To use delivery, your basket should be at least KES 750. Delivery fees depend on distance and will show clearly at checkout.
